Kareem Merritt has been a leader in the technology industry for over 25 years. With a proven track record as an executive, he founded Intras Cloud Services (ICS) in 2012, creating an organization that focuses on the application of standardized processes and disparate technologies to better manage IT services for their clients. Today, Kareem leads a team that is passionate about delivering world class IT services to customers around the globe.
Prior to the formation of Intras Cloud Services and after graduating from Southern Illinois University, Kareem held various sales and services Leadership roles for CDW Corporation—expanding the organization from a company of a few hundred to the largest IT VAR in the USA with over 8,000 employees.
Kareem’s deep love for Aviation and the technologies behind it sparked his passion for understanding complex network and infrastructure concepts, while formulating plans to optimize the delivery of these cutting-edge technologies. Keenly motivated to solve for what most won’t, Kareem strives to contribute to the world through ingenuity, all while showing the community around him that they can do the same.
As a family man of four children (and we can’t forget Izzy, his chocolate merle cocker spaniel!), Kareem spends his free time inspiring his children to pursue their passions and helping them find ways to turn the impossible into possible. Kareem is also an obsessive Dallas Cowboys fan. Whether he’s traveling or spending a relaxing weekend at home, you can assume he’s got the game on in the background, on a second monitor, or live streaming from an airplane. How ‘bout them 90’s Cowboys!

Will Lambert has worked in the IT industry since 2001 after graduating from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. After holding various information technology executive positions, as well as running his own IT Managed Services company for two years, Will has stepped into the shoes of Vice President of Intras Cloud Services (ICS).
Passionate about solving problems, Will quickly gravitated towards the information technology space as his computing and communication systems interests grew. Solving problems and understanding the impact a problem may have on a person or company is what inspires and motivates Will to accomplish the impossible. His belief in maintaining confidence and always learning from failure has helped shape ICS into what it is today. Encouraging and supporting ICS team members to develop additional skills while tackling complex IT problems is Will’s favorite part about leading a global team.
With three children, two boys and one girl (and let’s not forget his two dogs, Sky and Star!), Will spends most of his time outside of work with his family. Although, during football season, you’ll always catch him cheering on the Dallas Cowboys, win or lose!
