AI Readiness Express —
Copilot Pilot in 4 Weeks
Four-week fixed-fee sprint that takes your Microsoft 365 tenant from 'thinking about Copilot' to running a safe, measurable pilot. Over-sharing remediation, sensitivity labels, persona pilot cohort, adoption playbook, and executive readout — done. Microsoft AI Cloud Partner and Copilot Ready Partner.
Six Outcomes in Four Weeks
AI Readiness Express is not an assessment. It's a sprint with real tenant work, a real pilot cohort, and a real measurement cycle — sized so your executive team sees signal before quarterly review.
Tenant Readiness Baseline
Copilot-specific audit of your tenant — SharePoint over-sharing scan, sensitivity label coverage, Graph access posture, sign-in signal, Copilot eligibility by persona, and a red/yellow/green tenant-readiness scorecard.
Over-Sharing Remediation
The #1 reason Copilot goes sideways — users surfacing content they shouldn't see. We run over-sharing detection (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams) and remediate the top exposure paths before any pilot user is licensed.
Sensitivity Label Baseline
Deploy or rationalize sensitivity labels tuned to your compliance regime (SOC 2, HIPAA, GLBA, PCI) so Copilot respects data classification from day one — not bolted on six months later.
Persona Pilot Cohort
Identify the right pilot cohort using actual Graph usage signals — not volunteers — and enroll with Copilot licenses, guardrails, and measurement in place. Typical first-wave size: 15–50 users across 2–3 personas.
Adoption Playbook
Written Copilot adoption playbook tuned to your personas — prompt libraries, use-case catalog, champions network, and weekly office hours for the first 60 days post-pilot launch.
Measurement & Readout
Baseline usage capture pre-pilot, 30-day measurement, and executive-ready readout with concrete signal (usage, time-saved estimates, adoption curve, persona fit) to inform the broader rollout decision.
Every Sprint Delivers the Same Eleven Items
Fixed scope. Every engagement gets the full list — no upsell, no change orders.
Week-by-Week
Kickoff Monday. Scan by Friday of week 1. Remediation in week 2. Pilot launch in week 3. Executive readout in week 4. Every week has a written checkpoint.
Tenant Scan
Copilot-specific tenant scan — over-sharing detection, label posture, Graph access, persona eligibility, and red/yellow/green scorecard. Stakeholder interviews to identify priority personas.
Remediate & Label
Remediate top over-sharing exposure paths. Deploy or rationalize sensitivity labels. Align retention policies with Copilot pilot scope. Prepare Copilot license allocation plan.
Pilot Launch
Assign Copilot licenses to the selected pilot cohort. Launch adoption playbook with prompt library and champions network. Baseline usage capture. Kick off weekly office hours.
Measure & Readout
30-day usage measurement. Persona fit analysis. Executive readout with rollout recommendation. Written evidence package covering every tenant change and decision made during the sprint.
Fixed Sprint Fee. Licensing Separate.
The sprint is a fixed fee based on tenant size and compliance regime. Microsoft 365 Copilot licensing for the pilot cohort is billed separately through our CSP. Every proposal includes a written scope and deliverable before work starts.
Before, During, and After Express
Free AI Readiness Assessment
Start here if you're still aligning stakeholders on AI strategy. Five-business-day deliverable, no tenant work — the strategic precursor to Express.
Learn More →M365 Tenant Assessment
Broader eight-domain tenant audit. Ideal if Copilot readiness isn't the only question on the table.
Learn More →Microsoft 365 Licensing
After the pilot — model the broader Copilot rollout against your persona mix with a licensing optimization engagement.
Learn More →Microsoft 365 Management
Scale Copilot across the org with ongoing managed operations that keep sensitivity labels, over-sharing, and Copilot governance current.

Who is AI Readiness Express built for?+
Organizations that have decided they want to pilot Microsoft 365 Copilot but don't want the pilot to fail because the tenant wasn't ready. If you have 500+ M365 seats, Entra ID P1 or P2, and at least Business Premium / E3 licensing, this sprint fits. Smaller or simpler environments can start with the free AI Readiness Assessment first.
How is this different from the free AI Readiness Assessment?+
The free assessment is a strategic advisory deliverable — AI score, opportunity map, 90-day roadmap — delivered remotely in five business days with no tenant work. AI Readiness Express is the implementation sprint: four weeks of actual tenant remediation, license enrollment, pilot launch, and measurement. Many clients take the free assessment first to align executive stakeholders, then move to Express when ready to pilot.
What does 'over-sharing remediation' actually mean?+
Before Copilot is licensed, we run tenant-wide detection for content that users technically have access to but shouldn't — legacy 'Anyone in the org' links, over-broad SharePoint permissions, shared-drive exposure, and Teams channels with weak sensitivity. We remediate the top exposure paths (not every finding) so that when Copilot surfaces content in response to a prompt, it isn't surfacing something that was supposed to be private. This is the #1 reason Copilot pilots go sideways, and it's the work most rollouts skip.
Do we need Microsoft 365 Copilot licenses before starting?+
No. Part of the sprint is the license allocation plan — who gets Copilot for the pilot, how many licenses, and what term. We typically procure through our CSP at pilot kickoff (usually week 2 or 3) so Copilot is available the moment the pilot cohort is ready to launch.
What if our tenant readiness scan finds serious gaps?+
It will — every tenant has something. If the gaps are severe enough that a Copilot pilot isn't safe in a 4-week window, we pause the pilot portion and scope a remediation engagement instead (often Entra ID hardening or a broader tenant assessment). Nobody wins from a bad-data Copilot pilot. We tell you at the end of week 1 whether the sprint is clear to proceed.
What's the typical size of the pilot cohort?+
15–50 users across 2–3 personas. Sophisticated knowledge-worker personas (finance, marketing, sales operations, legal, HR) typically see the clearest signal. Frontline and transactional roles are generally excluded from Express pilots — the persona fit isn't there at current Copilot pricing.
What happens at the end of the 4 weeks?+
Executive readout, written evidence package, and a rollout recommendation. From there, clients either scale Copilot broadly (usually through ongoing Microsoft 365 Management with licensing optimization), run a second wave to different personas, or hold — depending on what the measurement data shows. No outcome is pre-decided.
How much does AI Readiness Express cost?+
Fixed-fee based on tenant size and compliance regime. Microsoft 365 Copilot licensing for the pilot cohort is separate and billed through ICS CSP. Every proposal includes written scope and deliverable before work starts.
Ready to Run a Real Copilot Pilot?
Four weeks, fixed-fee, 15–50 pilot users, written evidence, executive readout. If Copilot is on your roadmap for this fiscal year, Express is the fastest credible path to real usage data.
