What does an Azure takeover involve?+
We document your current environment and costs, secure administrative access, transfer Azure billing to ICS as your Cloud Solution Provider, and remove your previous provider's access. A billing transfer does not move or rebuild your resources, and we plan every change with a validation and rollback step.
How is Azure Managed Services priced?+
A fixed monthly fee set by service level and the size of your Azure environment, plus your Azure consumption. We don't charge a percentage of your Azure bill, so our incentive is to keep it efficient. We provide a written quote after the discovery call.
Do you provide 24/7 monitoring and response?+
Yes, 24/7 monitoring and response is available as an option for Azure Managed and Azure Governed customers, scoped to your environment and critical workloads. Standard service levels cover business hours.
Can we keep our own IT team involved?+
Yes. Azure Essentials is built for organizations that operate Azure themselves, and every service level defines who approves changes on your side.
Do you handle Azure migrations and re-architecture?+
Yes, as separately scoped projects. Our managed service levels cover running, securing, and governing your environment; migrations, tenant changes, and re-architecture are quoted on their own.
