Both. Co-managed is our most common engagement — your internal team keeps admin rights and owns daily operations, and ICS provides architecture depth, escalation, security engineering, and after-hours coverage. Fully outsourced is available for organizations without a dedicated M365 administrator. We scope the right model during the tenant assessment.

What is the M365 A&S Specialist designation?+

Microsoft 365 Administration & Support Specialist is a Microsoft partner-level recognition that reflects demonstrated depth in M365 lifecycle management, security, and compliance. ICS has held this designation since its introduction and regularly renews it against Microsoft's current technical and customer-evidence requirements.

How do you handle identity and Entra ID tenant hardening?+

Every engagement starts with an Entra ID posture review — Conditional Access coverage, MFA enforcement, privileged identity management (PIM), legacy authentication, break-glass accounts, and guest/B2B governance. We have a fixed-scope Entra ID Tenant Hardening accelerator for organizations that want to close identity gaps before moving to ongoing managed operations.

Can you help us prepare for Microsoft 365 Copilot?+

Yes. ICS is a Copilot Ready Partner. Copilot rollout requires SharePoint permissions remediation, sensitivity labels, license fit analysis, and change management — all of which are part of our M365 management practice. We handle readiness, pilot, and full rollout with adoption measurement.

Onboarding and assessment engagements are fixed-fee with defined deliverables. Ongoing co-managed and fully managed operations are scoped as a monthly retainer based on user count, security posture, and workload complexity. Every proposal is written — no open-ended time-and-materials for transformation work.

Do you work with organizations outside of Dallas?+

Yes. ICS serves clients across North America and 5+ countries from our Dallas headquarters. Our delivery team operates 24×5. For Dallas-Fort Worth clients specifically, we also offer on-site support — see our Dallas M365 management page.

Will you work with our existing Microsoft partner or CSP?+

Often yes, though it depends on your scope. We frequently partner alongside CSPs that handle licensing only, providing the administration, security, and compliance depth they don't. If you want ICS to own licensing end-to-end, we can become your CSP of record — no transition fees.

How long does onboarding take?+

Tenant assessment runs 2 weeks. Stabilization phase runs 3–6 weeks depending on gap severity. Full transition to managed operations typically completes inside 8 weeks — with critical security gaps closed well before that.
